  Review summary: Recording audio is also a breeze and we could detect no background noise when using the player's built in microphone or when we recorded audio via RCA audio input.
  
  Pros: Tons of features, remote control, intuitive interface, lightweight, sleek appearance
  
  Cons: Cannot encode audio to MP3 file format, somewhat pricey for capacity
  
  Verdict: Though the AV400 boasts a hefty price tag for its capacity, the remaining list of features easily makes up for it.
