      Canon imageClass MF4690

      By M. David Stone

Review summary: The Canon imageClass MF4690 is one of the few small-office AIOs that works as a standalone e-mail sender.

Pros: Small size. Scans to USB key. Standalone copier, fax machine, and e-mail sender. Can forward faxes to e-mail address.

Verdict: The Canon ImageClass MP4690 multifunction laser printer offers work groups a lot of bang for the buck, but the Dell 1815dn offers nearly the same feature set and faster prints at the same price.
