    I ordered this over the phone and checked stock. It was in stock. I was told it would take 7-10 days for delivery. However, my delivery date has been given and it is almost 1 month after the order was placed! Not only that but they've taken my money out on the date of the order! Cheek!     Website was easy to use and placing my order was simple. Website also stated that goods were in stock and would be delivered usually in 3-5 working days - however it took 11 days for my delivery to arrive.

We emailed the the company and recieved a phone call next day from a very helpful lady and we recieved a new hob a week later.
