    The Panasonic 37" plasma was advertised on Kelkoo as "free delivery". However when I tried to order the item the website tried to charge me a £29.95 delivery charge. When I called to ask about this I was told that free delivery was not available to my postcode.     Although I paid the extra for delivery,the possibility of having to go and collect a "failed to deliver" package from their deivery people existed.If I wasn t at home at the time of delivery,the package would have gone to the depot,then pressumably back to the supplier after a set number of days if I failed pick it up myself.
