    Easy to order, good price, site works fine but delivery was a shambles. They washed their hands of any responsibility for customer service and then charged me an extra £25 for (re)delivery, even though I had no way of knowing when the first attempt would be made. Penalising their customers for their poor delivery service has ensured that this customer will never shop with them again. Read Full Review »

    Ordered on the 19th March, money taken out of my bank account on the 20th March. After 3 1/2 weeks contacted the store because there was no reply to my email. Had to spell my name 6 times!!!     Ordered Panasonic DVD Recorder DMREZ27EBK on Saturday, delivered following Wednesday after email advising this and tracking info Tues evening (but tracking did not advise est time for delivery). This was with free delivery option, so still pretty good. Moreover the product has been supplied with the multizone mod foc. NB It seems to be necessary to specify this during the ordering process.     Very impressive customer service. TV ordered on tuesday and delivered on friday and at a fraction of the cost of the high street. Would definately recommend this store. Please BEWARE! we were asked to pay £30 for express delivery we declined and the tv arrived on the same day as if we had paid it.     Excellent service, I had ordered my Sony 32" from elsewhere, at the time I ordered from the other company they had not displayed on the net the fact that they did not have it in stock.
    Learnt from that experience and phoned this company before cancelling my order and placing with them.
    Guarantee that it was in stock and delivered as requested and on time.
