    Seeing the other Phillips review about this company struck a chord with me.

    I purchased a VCR/DVD HDD unit, Panasonic, as a present for my parents. I did not check that it worked before giving it to them but it was faulty out of the box -The HDD unit showed an error immediately it was switched on.     I would thoroughly recommend this store. We ordered the Samsung LCD tv after being let down by other stores. I called to confirm stock and their promise of next day delivery if you order before 12 came true.     Ordered goods on 16th December, guaranteed next day delivery. Was given tracking number but the goods were not despatched, although they took the cash. On 22nd December I chased via email and was advised they had no stock so they had not shipped!     Extremely good service, we purchased a 37" tv for our new house. Because we have just moved, there were issues with debit cards, delivery addresses etc, but Jonny at FlatTelly was great at sorting them all out and still managed to deliver the product within 24 hrs.
