    We ordered washing machine online from Coop on the Saturday. Received a text and email on Monday giving delivery slot of 3 hours for Tuesday, and et voila! We are exceptionally impressed as we were fully expecting to wait a week, as we live on a peninsula and can be tricky to get to.     Brilliant service. Although the website looks a bit old-fashioned, it works very well.

    Loads of info about delivery times and options. Confirmation email to say the order had been picked. Mixer ordered at 11am and delivered at 9 the next morning, at a great price. I'll certainly use the Coop again. Read Full Review »

    From placing the order,( excellent customer service dealings as I had a problem with my computor) to being able to have a Saturday delivey at no extra cost. It was very quick and easy to place & receive the order for a Tumble Dryer.The Co-op had provided a 3hr slot for delivery & it was Bank Holiday weekend, but the delivery was earlier than the expected, but fortunately I was home.
