    I found 2 suppliers offering the same product at around £20 less but when I called to confirm availabilty (although shown as in stock on their sites) I was given vague waffle about 'expecting a delivery next week and delivery 4/5 working days after that'.     Ordered a 42" jvc lcd , recieved the tv and the picture had a black blur around moving pictures , So i phoned jvc , they told me that they dont recomend there lcd tvs for fast moving pictures . it was that bad that even chat shows had a black blur around the mouths of people speaking .     Having been let down by several retailers, I decided to call PRC as they make the phone number very visable. They sales consultant did a stock check immediately, and confirmed they had several in, so I ordered a Sony 20 inch TV, and decided to go for the premium delivery, as their product price was so cheap. I ordered at 11am, and the TV was there by 9am the next day.

    Ordered a Plasma screen Tv after I was told it would be in the following week. Rang back the following week no delivery this went on for 3 weeks. Every time I was Promised a delivery was imminent. Sales staff didn;t seem interested.     I ordered a tv and was told it would be delivered on wednesday. Tv never turned after waiting all day phoned the company did not seem bothered at all ,said it was the couriers fault, phoned the courier and was told that they were not given an address to deliver too.     It took 5 working days from placing the order to delivery, and that included signing the credit agreement. I received an e-mail from V12 confirming credit had been arranged and then an e-mail from sales@soundandvision.uk.com telling me they would deliver in 2 days time. Amtrack delivered at 11 am on the stated day. And the Panasonic TX-26LXD70 is brilliant!

    If you only want a cheap deal, this store should be ok for you. However if anything happens so that you have to ring them up, you will regret right away that you have chosen this store. There isn't any customer service in their manners. In my case, delivery didn't happen on the scheduled day.
