Product descriptions are good, delivery

Product descriptions are good, delivery prompt and well managed. My only (slight) gripe is that they are beholden to the courier as to whether goods can be left with your neighbour etc. As it turns out mine was, but I still had to try to get home early to catch the delivery, which is disruptive for homes with two workers.

Very good experience.
I had a first 2 set of speakers delivered the following day. One of them was faulty and they came to pick it up, tested it and sent a replacement within 2 days! Very happy with the service. Only issue was that they didn t pick up the phone when I called, but they are very quick in answering emails! Read Full Review »
