    Do not use them. I placed an order on 7/9 for a Magimix food processor as an engagement present for my niece. Go Electric debited my credit card immediately, even though they didn't have the item in stock.     Ordered a tv stand after finding on search engine. First delivery missed due to being at work, unable to collect as item too large and heavy. Requested item be redelivered 2 days later after changing work pattern to ensure someone there to accept it, only to wait all day to find go-electrical had requested it be returned to them!     Excellent service. Call Centre staff very helpful and very easy to get through; honest info given about availability of product; delivery when specificied. Had previously tried Comet who hadnt got stocks of a product their website said they had. Go Electrical had the product and got it to us 2 days after ordering. Read Full Review »

    Bought a LCD TV in Jan 07 which developed same fault twice. Shop recommended repair first time, and after a bit of a delay they agreed to exchange it the second time, and gave me a better TV! Overall, slow but fair customer service. Read Full Review »

    not at all satisfied , customer care appauling. purchased a Panasonic DMREZ45 DVD COMBI with Freeview at £ 237.00. Item arrived fine , however, we could not get the DVD section of the appliance to work at all.
