    I bought a sink from this company without doing my homework properly, and they definitely do not offer the best online deals. Check out a few price comparison site before considering RTD and you'll save yourself £££s

    Within minutes of placing order had email confirmation. Within a few hours had confirmation of delivery date in just 3 working days. Evening before delivery had call giving me the next day 4 hour delivery slot. Sat waiting, only 10 minutes of slot left and get call from driver, slightly delayed maybe 30 mins, was I still available to take order today. Yes, 30 minutes later arrived. Unpacked item i...     At first I was a bit hesitant to order from RTD..to be frank had never heard of them!! But then I had set my eye on one of dishwashers and found it was the cheapest in RTD. Took the risk and ordered..but to my surprise I am really impressed with the service.     excellent service, ordered an astracast sink pack, by phone because the website didnt state the colour, came within the time scale delivery man rang 2 days before to confirm, on delivery he waited until I had checked everything was ok.Sink was the best price on the internet. very impressed,would definately use them again.     Was advised at time of order that item I wanted was out of stock, delivery would be early March. Contacted by logistics people 02/03 delivery date advised as today pm - duly delivered just after 12.00pm by very helpful guys who waited whilst goods were inspected.     I recently bought a washing machine from RTD. I was extremely pleased with their overall service. I called them to make sure the item was in stock and (Sue?) was friendly and helpful. She assured me it was in store and could be delivered within 2 day.

    Whilst I don't doubt that some customers will have had a good experience buying from RTD, I am unable to say the same.

    Generally speaking I am a fan of internet shopping, finding it less hassle and - importantly - cheaper than a visit to a high street store. It was the price of the product that I wanted to purchase (a Hotpoint washing machine) that attracted me to place an order from them.
