    I had a fantastic experience ordering a laser printer which arrived 2 days after order. I love the tracking system so you know when it will arrive. Price was v good. BTW who is this anonymous wrecker? I cannot believe his/her remarks. Could it be a commercial competitor? Read Full Review »

    This is not the first time I've bought from John Lewis, but every time it's without hassle. Stock is generally available and they will deliver on the Saturday of your choice.

    John Lewis online delivery and service are brilliant. I've had loads of stuff delivered leading up to Xmas. Always delivered on time. I also ordered an ipod shuffle. Later that week the website had same item but with free speakers. I rang and told them. They arranged for the original to be returned and a new one with speakers to be delivered to me. Not only did John Lewis fail to deliver on time after I had called twice that week to make sure that the delivery would be made on time but they apologized and assured me it would be delivered on the 24th.   7. I managed to get a Wii from John Lewis

    I managed to get a Wii from John Lewis in good time for Christmas. I went through the checkout without applying a £20 off voucher that I had received by email, simply because I wanted to complete the checkout before they sold out. I then phoned John Lewis customer services and they agreed to deduct the £20 (in fact they refunded it to my card BEFORE I had been charged for the actual Wii).
