    The site promised next day delivery - this was missed but only by one day. Pity there is no order tracking facility on the website, nor message sent when order has been despatched. The phone enquiry service was however very good when I needed to query non-delivery. The item had been delivered to my neighbour as I was out, but no note was posted to me to tell me this.     I ordered a Sony Hard Drive/DVD recorder on the Monday evening, via the website.
    The next day I checked my order status on the website and saw that it had been dispatched by courier for delivery the next day.
    As promised item arrived next day, exactly as ordered.

    Ordered a Sony DVPNS78H Upscaling DVD player on a Saturday it arrived on the Tuesday, excellent fast service and £25 cheaper than the Sony centre and thats WITH postage!
    Not only that it was also the Multi region version at no extra cost.
