Never brought anything from this store

Never brought anything from this store before and never heard of it, till i saw it on kelkoo. Was a bit weary a first as never heard of store. The finace process was abit long winded but i hear they are improving that very soon. The customer feedback and support was great. Delivery superb. Will defanitley be using them again. Ordered a pioneer home cinema amp using the online finance function. Although not as swift compared to other sites, i received my finance application within the hour. I was very pleased with the fast service I got from FutureHome , and the good quality of product.
This is the first time I am ordering electrical product in internet in UK.

I was avoiding ordering my plasma on the net, for what I though were obvious reasons. Instead I checked John Lewis, HighFi Confidential and Richer Sounds. Highfi seemed too tricky with hidden costs. The website is easy to use and displays the products with a good level of detail. However when I telephoned Futurehome I was really impressed with the knowledge and expertise they had. They answered all of my questions and reassured me of their support. Once ordered by television arrived on time. My new plasma is excellent!! I have since recommended Futurehome to my friends.
