3 is terrible. I paid to upgrade to a C902, and it is broken. They want me to wait 5 days for a replacement, take another unpaid day of sitting waiting for 3 (they say they will be here between 8 and 6 so I am sure that it will be 1800 when it gets here)They do not allow exchanges of faulty merchandise any way but through their courier, and their courrier takes 48-72 hours- except over the weekend... I have been using this phone for 3 months now, it's a good phone but the only down side is that the battery life is very poor, a friend had warned me about this but i took the chance and now i regret becasue you have to charge this phone every day and sometimes twice a day, which can be anoying, i cantancted 3 network to try and change the handset but they said there was nothing they could do ...
