We ordered the Krups Dolce Gusto coffee

We ordered the Krups Dolce Gusto coffee maker from the Atlantic shop (as it was £23.00 cheaper than Argos) on a Friday evening, this we did online and after the order received an e-mail with confirmation, delivery time was stated as 3-7 working days, we e-mailed on the Wednesday to enquire as to the status of the order, after about an hour they e-mailed back with a tracking number for the next day... I've had so many dissapointments

I've had so many dissapointments with this store that I'm almost certain I won't use them again, no matter how cheap their items may be. Firstly was the problem with the ordering system on their website - error messages for weeks. Nice and easy to order. TV arrived well

Nice and easy to order. TV arrived well within the suggested time. The only reason I didn't give full marks for the overall rating is because their delivery company nearly delivered the TV to the wrong address. Fantastic price.Bought a Toshiba LCD TV and got it £300-£500 cheaper than the high street price and £80-£250 cheaper than any other online retailer. Ordering was fairly straightforward via the company's website and delivery price was excellent at only £12 considering the very competitive price of the tv.Customer care and follow up was non existant however. Atlantic Shop's staff are superb - very helpful & did their very best to get our Dimplex SP9 to us - Thank you Sheila!
A big thank you to Dimplex for helping too.
We were let down by the carrier company - Expert Logistics - so make sure you find out whose delivering, as we too have a Logistics company & the service we got from Expert was deplorable.
