    This company’s business practices are appalling. I ordered a new LCD TV from them via their website together with my card details on a Monday morning (30th June). I received an email on the Tuesday stating that my order "had been shipped" and that "I could expect delivery in 2 days “from the date of this email".

  6. Ordered home cinema system after price

    Ordered home cinema system after price check through Kelkoo, item was available according to the Laskys website and paid with credit card.

    Then received call from Laskys to say they had made a "mistake" and item would not be available. Didn't offer to do anything to make up for inconvenience or offer replacement item.

    Very pleased, item was way cheaper here than everywhere else, website is good and easy to use. My Logitech Z4 PC speakers were delivered within a couple of days, and they sound great. Another good thing is that use parcel force who leave the package at your local post office if you're out - much more convenient than having to trapse miles to a delivery depot in the middle of some industrial es...     Can't recommend higher. Bought a Samsung DVD VR-350M. Was the cheapest.
    Shopped at Laskys and brought our 1st colour TV from them in 1961/2. Their service has not changed from those days. Unfortunately the DVD did not Auto Install.
