phone company first then placed order

phone company first then placed order for washing machine unfortunatley the next day i get a call to tell me product bout bof stock and now discontinued and a refund will be issued back to my card.this left me with a predicament as i xcan not now get this product.you would of thought that i could of been told this when i phoned but the system showed one in stock Read Full Review »

Imust everything was fine until we took delivery,both items were dented and badly dented at that,they have arranged for everything to be chaanged,so I will let you know how we get on,so at the moment I could not recommend them,but it could all change by thursday when the new items are delivered,thankyou. It is very important to make sure you check the item whilst the delivery people are present. If you are satisfied, get the driver to unpack the item and check again for any damage. Unfortunately the fridge/freezer we ordered had a scratch on the front which was noticeable before removing the packaging. We therefore returned it with the driver the same day. We got exactly what we wanted which totally saved our kitchen layout and our sanity. Delivery bloke from the logistics company was a bit bonkers - totally ignored my advice and then took half an hour to drive 1 mile. The kids and I had to hang around waiting for him which was no fun but the end product makes the annoyance of that disappear quite quickly. Read Full Review »
