Rang up this morning to order the phones, told to buy online.

Bought online. They rang a bit later to say I had entrered the postcode incorrectly - (one digit wrong, but the rest of the address was full and complete - so they could have found address). I missed the call so rang back approx 15 mins later.

DO NOT USE THEM

The phones didn't work

They refunded them

They took 3 weeks to refund the postage despite their own terms and conditions. They don't answer the phone very often.

Telephone salesman was rude. No thought to customer service. I was prepared to place an order after a few questions but he really left me with the impression that he had better things to do! Website seems good as do the prices but don't expect to be treated like a valued customer or human being when calling them. It's a shame that a website selling phones have NO PHONE MANNERS! I ordered a twin BT phone on Wednesday

I ordered a twin BT phone on Wednesday afternoon and the order confirmation (via email) plus tracking codes for the carrier and order/invoice were received within 20 minutes.
