Junk, junk, junk

Ever since I bought this piece of useless junk it has NOT worked. 3 lights keep flashing, despite there being paper and cartridge. The is no paper jam and I get an error saying the cartridge cannot move. For the second time I contact HP Technical Support Chat. I abandoned the first one because the guy was unbelievably dumb. The second guy was just as bad. After explaining everything to him, his first instructions was, "plug it into a wall socket". Now, although this guy is obviously stupid, he wasn't even aware that it cannot be plugged directly into a wall socket, as it has to to go through a PSU adapter and the connections on both the machine and adapter are completely different. HP Tech Support are well know for their total stupidity, but I had to give up, again.
