      Cons: Print quality needs improvement ; slow photo prints ; no PictBridge port ; can't initiate a print-all-photos task in standalone mode ; can't edit photos on all-in-one ; LCD makes it hard to judge photos

      Verdict: HP tries to offer the most basic users an inexpensive all-in-one with the Photosmart C4280 multifunction printer, but we find that for roughly the same price, you can get an all-in-one with more compelling features and better print quality.
