    Lemark customer service stinks

    • Pros: Machine works fine. Just do not have it delivered with broken parts
    • Cons: Customer service is terrible. Field service is even worse.

    Waited for a service tech to come out to repair unit. Was told he would be there between 9-1 pm.
    He was to call first. No call by 11:00 am. Customer service said he was on his way. Same answer @ 2:pm 3: pm 4: pm finally at 4:30 pm tech called; said he had no intention of coming out and I would have to reschedule. Called Monday. rescheduled for wed. 9-1 pm.
