      Panasonic SDR-H60

      Review summary: This is a remarkably tiny camcorder that packs in a 60GB hard drive.

      Pros: Compact size and light, 50x optical zoom, Optical image stabilization, Swivel LCD, 60 GB hard drive + SD HC storage, Good battery life, Good zoom microphone

      Cons: Lackluster image quality, Dim image at maximum zoom, No headphone jack, No carry pouch, No remote controller, Thumb dial not easy to operate

      Verdict: Unlike a few camcorders such as the ones from Canon, where you can only charge the battery while it is inside the cam, this one comes with a separate battery charger. There is also a DC power outlet to connect the DC Power Adapter
