      Review summary: THE underdog of Sony's latest HD range, the HDR-SR10, offers a variety of innovative features.

      Pros: 1920x1080" HD video, additional memory stick slot for hybrid recording, performed above average in low light conditions, shares most of the same features as its premium-priced siblings

      Cons: Its rivals in the entry-level HD space are significantly cheaper

      Verdict: While slightly overpriced for an entry-level HD camcorder, the HDR-SR10 offers a variety of innovative features for the asking price. Those with beefier wallets, however, would be better off with one of its deluxe stable mates.
