shinco sdp 6820 sync problems

I had one of these units for a couple of months and noticed straight away that it had voice-picture sync problems on some discs. I contacted seller Allcam mobile products) who informed me that they had heard of prob but not seen it. I returned unit and they denied the prob, so i actually went to their shop to show them.They still denied it until i asked a guy off the street for his opinion. He saw the same problem as me, so i ended up with my money back.Thought it was a poor after sales from Allcam particularly as i had to use my own time and petrol to get a result.They didnt even say sorry!!!
