I bought this 910 to use for my courier business. After 2 weeks I'm on the second unit due to the the screen freezing. Both crashed after using the home dock and we had wait for the battery to run down before it would reset itself. There is a distinct lack of support from TomTom. The Home program to support the unit is poor. I'm sending the second unit back and having a refund. If you are ...

- Pros: Ease of use fast to find satellites
- Cons: charging problem
I have had the Go 510 for 4 months now - after 2 months it started to get a problem whereby it wouldnt hold its charge and kept going flat - went back to tomtom once, twice, thrice, FOUR times and still the problem remains - the unit bounces up and down on the car dock and I belive this weakens the pins on the PCB where the car dock plugs in - the pins are only held on by a bit of solder! - Cons: poor screen mount: ILLEGAL in some states
If you are thinking of taking your Go 910 to California then think again. The suction mount supplied is ILLEGAL in this state. It surely is not right that this information appears only in the small print of an addendum at the back of the user manual. Surely it is not asking too much ( given the cost of the device ) for the provision of a mount which is acceptable in all areas the system is designe...

- Cons: Docking system not too good on curved windscreen. Can drop off.
I purchased the Tom Tom 910 after a lot of research, because it is simple to use and has many features, including a larger screen. I had little time to practice before taking it on an extended tour of Europe. I found it to be an excellent device, delivering us right to the entrance of isolated camp sites on many occasions. Taking us back to our parked camper in larger towns was an added bonus. ...
