When i bought this product i was so very keen to use it as i had read rave reviews about it. Unfortunately, it has been so much of a nightmare that i have ditched it in favour of a Garmin. I can hardly think of a journey where it got me from A to B without some sort of failure on the part of the unit. What a farce! Screen kept freezing - especially after docking with pc. Took back to PC world in Nottingham after 1 month and two days of ownership - they wouldn't exchange - wanted to send back to Tom Tom for repair - Took to PC world in Derby - they offered money back as they were out of stock - took their hand off and will be buying alternative.
