      TomTom Go 930T

Review summary: The TomTom 930 T is a GPS navigation system for use in automotives. It uses the IQ Routes Technology as well as advanced lane guidance. The 930T is also fitted with the Tom Tom map share system as well as a hands-free calling capacity. This navigating ...

Pros: The top-end TomToms just keep getting better. This smarty-pants front-seat driver has a built-in FM transmitter to beam digital music to your radio, MapShare to keep your maps bang up to date and top notch routing throughout almost the entire Western ...

Cons: Like a sugar-crazed three-year-old, sometimes the 930T just won't shut up. It's got text-to-speech for SMS messages, spoken instructions and street names, and even voice guidance for lane changes (alright, this can be handy at tricky junctions). Voice ...

Verdict: Enough navigation smarts to take you halfway around the world and back without so much as a wrong turn. This, people, is as sexy as satnav gets.

      TomTom GO 930

      By Ross Catanzariti

Review summary: AN excellent choice if you're looking for a high-end GPS with all of the latest features.

Pros: Design, user interface, maps, all-round package, Bluetooth, FM transmitter

Cons: No AC charger, iPod cable and TMC receiver cost extra

Verdict: If you currently own a GO 720 then there is no real reason to upgrade, as most of the improvements are software upgrades. If you are looking for a high-end GPS with all of the latest features, the GO 930 is excellent, if a little overpriced.

      TomTom Go 930

      By Staff writers

Review summary: Heartily recommended, but not a massive leap forward from the previous version

Pros: Easy to use. Lane guidance. Stylish

Cons: Not a massive leap forward. Unapparent IQ Routes benefits

Verdict: The new black finish is classy, and TomTom's renowned build quality is still all there, but that's surely not going to be enough. The dreamily simple windscreen mount continues from the previous version, no problems there
