      Tannoy Mercury F4

      Review summary: Although Tannoy is now owned by a Danish ProAudio company, it has always operated successfully across all loudspeaker sectors, from the smallest AV satellites right through to exceedingly loud ship's foghorns.

      Pros: Good dynamic expression, Warm, restratined balance

      Cons: A little warm and rich in lower-to-mid frequencies

      Verdict: Twin d'Appolito two-way is handsome enough, and delivers an engrossing and entertaining sound
