    Excellent product

    • Pros: Great all round dect phone
    • Cons: (bedroom use) backlit screen does not switch off completely

    Got the twinpack with the extra handset and could not be happier!

    I've got a BT line so can't say what troubles people are having using it with NTL's network, but its a BT phone so i guess thats got to mean something.

    Loads of features including a speaker phone (not listed), answer phone works flawlessly and uses a menu system just like a nokia mobile (very easy to get to grips with)... Read Full Review »

    Not a phone I would recommend

    • Pros: Cool ring tone you can record yourself
    • Cons: Doesn't work propertly

    We are on our second replacement BT Diverse 6450. Our phone line is with NTL and I'm not sure if it makes a difference (it shouldn't!) but this fun does not work properly.

    If you turn the answer machine on, it is completely random if it will, or will not pick up, which leaves the answer machine part of the BT Diverse 6450 phone a complete waist of time.
