    • Pros: You can get your money back
    • Cons: Too many

    I don't know about anyone else but this phone seems to have a battery glitch. It cuts out long before the battery has registered as low or run down. It is also a greasy phone meaning that its smooth texture makes it hard to handle by hand and cumbersome to trap between your shoulder and ear if you need your hands free.
