Pros: - Images have very little noise in HD and SD, - Good rescaling, - The mass of functions can add real improvements in many cases
Cons: - Colors could be better, - Lower contrast than the competition, - Overscan with connection to a PC, - OSD takes some time and effort to understand, - Connectivity could have been better with an added VGA, for example

Philips 32PFL7562D
Review summary: An asking price of only £700 is not to be sniffed at for a 32in LCD TV from a well-known manufacturer, but is it time to smell a rat? After all, Philips' track record with budget entry-level LCD TVs hasn't been entirely perfect
Pros: Low standby power usage, Superb high-def pictures, Excellent value for money, Good multimedia connections, Impressive HD performance
Cons: Expensive, Not Full HD, Occasional colour and tone issues, Standard-def performance only average
Verdict: Philips earns itself a reputation as a great budget HDTV manufacturer

Philips 32PFL7562D 32in LCD TV
Review summary: It looks good and won't break the bank - the perfect LCD TV?
Verdict: If you look carefully, it's easy to see the -cracks' left by the features the 32PFL7562D has had to go without in order to hit its low price. But with some judicious tweaking of the TV's settings, it's possible to at least partially Polyfilla over ...

Philips 32PFL7562D
Review summary: While Philips has proven highly capable at the top end of the LCD TV market, its record at the budget end is rather mixed. So we set about testing the £700 32PFL7562D with more than a little trepidation in our hearts
Pros: Great price, Strong features, Good black levels
Cons: Some motion smearing
Verdict: This is an aggressively affordable performer of a 32in LCD TV that will put the frighteners on similarly sized rivals

By Dale Close (09/10/2007)
- Pros: excelent picture quality, hdmi inputs
- Cons: no audio output except 2.5mm headphones socket
the lack of the audio out and a vga connection is the only problem that i can find with this tv. clarity is excellent, contrast too. blacks are black and very low reflection ratios mean that you don't have to turn off all the lights or close the curtains to watch it, the only reason i gave a low rating for sound is the lack of outputs for my dolby receiver which means i have to run it through ...

- Pros: Awesome picture quality, 2HDMI inputs, sleek looks
- Cons: EPG could be improved, no VGA input
Got this TV after being persuaded by a salesman that it was better value than the Panasonic TX32LXD70 I was looking at (same price). Am pleased overall with the TV - looks great in gloss black, complete with matching glass stand. Bezel is relatively narrow, not making it oversized and the speakers are small at the bottom (smaller than the Panasonic).
After plugging everything in the set up is re...

- Pros: Good value, easy web site
- Cons: Unnecessary security check
Overall well pleased with ordering system and delivery when initially promised.
Disappointed at risk to delivery by their message to call them for purposes of a 'security check'. On an 0870 number also wasted over a pound.
Otherwise, product excellent and exactly as ordered.
