Pros: Not received TV
Cons: Supplier ignoring my emails

I am looking to buy a new tv and found the model with what I thought was the best price via 1stAudioVisual. Website said 'in stock'. I completed the online ordering system on 29 May 2007 received 'pending' status at 1510 hours. The following morning I sent another email stating that I had paid a premium for priority delivery the folloiwng day. I pointed out that unless I heard from someone by 3.00p.m. I would cancel my order. At 1439 hours I received an email saying "delivery has been rolled back to 8 June". I sent an email at 1710 hours cancelling my order because the reason I had ordered the TV was for a priority delivery. As they had mislead me by stating the TV was in stock this order had been taken by false pretence. I have been trying to obtain a confirmation that they have received my cancellation. No response from 1stAudioVisual.

I am disappointed by the customer service of 1stAudioVisual and cannot recommend them.
