      Review summary: This Sony KDL-32V2500 is as good with high-definition sources as any LCD TV we've seen

      Pros: Superb HD pictures, Nice design

      Cons: Motion blur, especially with SD

      Sony KDL-32V2500

      Review summary: Fans though we are of Sony's latest Bravia LCD range, they're certainly not flawless. So we're chuffed to report that Sony has pleasantly surprised us by launching upgraded versions of its 'S' and 'V' series to sell alongside the original models

      Pros: Excellent picture and sound, HDMI v1.3 support

      Cons: No DVD-A or SACD playback, Firmware upgrades required

      Verdict: You'll need to couple it with kit of a similar quality to get the most from it, but its most is an awful lot indeed
