Sony KDL-40W2000 -

Fantastic TV. Picture quality is superb even on a standard Sky broadcast. I have several plasma screens and smaller LCD screens but this Sony Bravia is as good as the plasma, and in some ways better. It doesn't use as much electricity, it's easier to move around as it's far lighter than a Plasma of the same size. My biggest concern about buying a large LCD was the colour. As some LCD screens make blacks somewhat washed out and almost grey. But, the picture reproduction is stunning and cannot fault it at all. Espcially when using the FULL HD, then it's breath taking.

The only down side is the sound quality. It's good but not great.Speech is crystal clear, but for music or films that you require deep tones and bass, the sound is a little tinny. And for the kind of money that is being spent here, I would have hoped for top quality.

Overall, a great TV and would highly recommend investing in one if you want an LCD TV.
