Toshiba 42C3030D
Review summary: The 42C3030 looks more expensive than it is, thanks to some solid build-quality
Pros: Good value ; Impressive sharpness ; Bright colours
Cons: Black levels could be better ; Motion blurs a touch
Verdict: With some solid if uninspiring audio to join the solid if uninspiring pictures, you don't have to be Einstein to figure out that the 42C3030 is basically a solid if uninspiring TV

Toshiba Regza 32C3030D
By Alex Jennings
Review summary: The Toshiba Regza 32C3030D LCD TV makes a great impression with its £450 price range. It continues looking good with its winningly slender black shape and by incorporating all the connections we'd expect from a modern HD-ready TV. With an additional ...
Pros: Good price ; impressive connections ; sharpness ; vibrant colours
Cons: Below par black levels ; average sonics ; limited viewing angle
Verdict: Initially we were very optimistic that the Regza 32C3030D might be able to deliver Toshiba's traditional TV quality at a genuinely budget price. Sadly, however, our optimism is quickly scuppered by the 32C3030D's rather obvious susceptibility to a ...

Toshiba 37C3030D
By Barry Gargett (26/09/2007)
- Pros: Stylish, good picture, great sound.
- Cons: Some of the controls are a little annoying.
A good quality, good looking, TV which compares well with much more expensive models.
The only obvious draw back is the slighlty annoying controls [common with such products] which I feel could be smoothed out a little.
I am quite an impatient person and the slight lag between pressing a button on the remote and the function being actioned irritates me a little.

- Pros: Everthing
- Cons: None
We purchased this as second LCD tv (Samsumg 40") especial for the HD aspects to use with the PS3, we got a great deal from currys (free DVD player) installtion was so easy realy just plug & play, the picture quality is as good as our more expensive samsung on Sky+ and the PS3 graphics are excellent.
The menus can get very complicated, but if you know what your looking for you will be fine, i...

Toshiba 37C3030D
By Anonymous (25/04/2007)
- Pros: Good design
- Cons: not sure yet
I bought the Toshiba last week and the picture at first was a little fuzzy especially looking at small faces. However when reducing the backlight to 35 and contrast to 70 (factory setting were maximum of 100), and also increasing the sharpness to 40(factory setting was 0), the picture improved.
However the previous review mentions usind a DVD gave a fantastic picture(don't have a dvd yet), w...

Toshiba 37C3030D
By ROB EVANS (18/04/2007)
- Pros: Gorgeous design, Sound is impressive, excellent picture
- Cons: Slightly tricky user menu and remote control
We got this TV delivered this morning from Dixons after lots of shopping around. It was a choice between the Samsung LE40R73BD or this. I have to say that I am very pleased with our instincts! As soon as we took it out of the box we were impressed with the design. It really does look bigger than we thought it would and there is very little casing around the screen. I have to admit that watchi...
