      Toshiba Regza 32RV635DB

      Review summary: The Toshiba Regza 32RV635DB is a 32-inch Full HD (1080p) LCD television. It has a Freeview tuner, resolution enhancement, ambient light sensor, Dolby Volume, Eco Panel and four HDMI inputs. It measures just 86mm thick and weighs 12.7kg.

      Pros: Toshiba isn't one to hold a grudge. With no less than four HDMI inputs on the board, this Regza positively welcomes Blu-ray players to its audio-visual party, spewing 1080p footage into your living room with an infectious energy. It's just the right ...

      Cons: Strictly speaking, you don't really need full 1080p playback on a TV just 32 inches in size, even if you sit right next to the screen like your mum used to scold you for. Also, 100Hz scanning would have helped with occasionally jittery action sequences

      Verdict: A solid, well-made television for smaller rooms or gaming, the 32RV635DB is match for Sony's and Panasonic's image quality – as well as for Samsung's and LG's price point. Worth checking out.
