A Fresh Crop of BlackBerrys
Review summary: I love the BlackBerry Curve. I love it so much, I don't want to give it back. It's a perfect example of a smartphone that doesn't do everything-but everything it does, it does well.
Pros: Easy to use. Great screen and keyboard. High quality music and video players and converters.
Cons: No Wi-Fi or 3G. No support for DRM media. BlackBerry platform still doesn't have as many third party apps as other OS's.
Verdict: The best BlackBerry so far, the Curve is easy to use, plays music and video well, and is a terrific e-mail device.

RIM Blackberry Curve 8300
Pros: Style and design, trackball, multimedia features
Cons: Lack of Wi-Fi and HSDPA/3G, productivity applications still thin
Verdict: The BlackBerry Curve is a seductive alternative to other candy-bar phones with wide-aspect-ratio screens. If the provider's price is right, the Curve could well become the hot smart phone of the moment.

Blackberry Curve 8300
Review summary: 'All work and no play' is too boring, especially with 'fun' technology all around for you to play with. Now, Blackberry wants to play, but just a bit.
Pros: Good Screen, PEARL trackball navigation, QWERTY Keypad, 2MP Camera, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, Stylish, Price
Cons: No Memory Card Provided, Memory Card not hot-swappable, No Protection for Camera lens and flash
Verdict: The Blackberry Curve 8300 sells for about Rs. 24,990 with one year warranty. This is the initial pricing from the only two service providers that support Blackberry (Hutch & Airtel); so as per the choice of your service package, it may vary. For this ...

BlackBerry Curve 8300
Review summary: Remember when BlackBerry was a hunky piece of nerdy plastic with no multimedia features? In less than a year, those days have been whisked away so completely by the BlackBerry Pearl, BlackBerry 8800 and BlackBerry 8830 that owning a BlackBerry is now ...
Pros: Stable, fast and easy to use. Great curvy ergonomics. Good call quality, very good music playback quality and A2DP support (something the more multimedia-oriented iPhone lacks). Battery life, as is generally true of RIM devices, is quite good
Cons: Not a con, per se, but an important consideration if you're thinking of the Curve vs. the 8800 line: the Curve lacks a GPS. Still no 3G on a BlackBerry. You have to turn off the phone to insert or remove a memory card
Verdict: We like recent BlackBerry smartphones, and the Curve is no exception. It does all the things you'd expect from a BlackBerry but it's smaller, cooler looking and boasts decent, though not earth-shattering multimedia capabilities. The Curve is ...
