Review: Motorola Q9h/ Global - A Real Keeper

      By Gerry Blackwell

Review summary: What's so appealing about the Q 9h? It's very thin - 11.8 mm to the Curve's 15.5 mm. The QWERTY keyboard features well-marked keys with a roughened surface that prevents fingers slipping off them - a problem with many PDA keyboards

Verdict: More important is music player performance as this is a core function for many users. Like some other very thin PDA phones - the BlackBerry Pearl, for example - the Q 9h does not include a standard stereo headphone jack. This in my opinion is a ...

      Motorola Q9h

      By Lawrence Latif

Review summary: Motorola's mobile messaging device deserves your attention

Verdict: There are areas of disappointment with the Q9h. Although it has a capable 2 megapixel backward facing camera (with a lower resolution front facing one), the interface to use it is clunky. Coming from a touch-screen environment it's clear to see that ...

      Product Reviews: Motorola Q9H

Review summary: Don't be confused by Motorola's launch of two identical phones with pretty much identical sounding names, as the Q9h (not the Q 8) is clearly the one to get if you're in the market for a smart-looking and pocketable Windows Mobile messaging phone.

Pros: Mobile 6, clear calls, user-friendly keyboard.

Cons: No Wi-fi, or GPS quirky interface, small space bar, awkward card slot, inaccurate voice recognition.

Verdict: Offers a great messaging experience and solid construction in a pocket friendly package., but high-end users will demand Wi-Fi convenience.
