Pros: Crisp internal screen, External screen, Quality keypad, Redesigned keypad, Good list of features

Cons: Battery life, Graphical menu could be improved, iTap text input

Verdict: It may not be as razor thin as its predecessor, but the RAZR V3x brings to the table a good set of features in a stylish package.

Motorola RAZR V3x Review - Mobile Phones

      By Joanne Simpson, CNET.com.au

Review summary: Based on the design of the Motorola RAZR V3, the slightly thicker V3x is a 3G-enabled handset with a 2-megapixel camera, Bluetooth and an MP3 player.

Pros: Two-way video calls and streaming, Large internal keypad with clear vivid images, Robust and stylish, Decent audio playback

Cons: Camera image quality very average unless in strong daylight, Disappointing battery life, Fiddly menu design

Verdict: A sleek and robust design wrapped around some interesting features, the Motorola RAZR V3x outclasses its 2G predecessor in both style and performance but is not as razor sharp as the hype might suggest.

Review summary: Here comes the most equipped non-OS Motorola phone of all times! Not exactly a razor-thin phone, made of plumy plastic. It features a 2 megapixel camera with brilliant macro mode and flash LED, and a top-class display. 3G is a matter of fact. At the ...

      By Sandra Vogel, CNET.co.uk

Review summary: A beefed-up RAZR with 3G capability, the RAZR V3x maintains the solid design platform of the original, and adds in some snazzier features, most notably a serviceable camera and a reasonable amount of built-in memory. It's not state of the art, but it ...

Pros: Good at video calls and streaming ; above average at audio playback ; nice quality stills ; big internal keypad ; lovely screen

Cons: Camera light is fiddly to use ; side buttons are easy to hit accidentally ; less internal memory than we'd like

      Motorola RAZR V3x

      By Eldar Murtazin

Review summary: The company of Motorola took a great step by launching its RAZR handset and now keeps exploiting the achieved success. The sales of the original RAZR grew, and this pushed the company to reconsider titles of some current and announced models. And for ...

Verdict: Considering the model's positioning, we can certainly say that the expected life cycle is much less that of the original RAZR. The device is mainly targeted at 3G operators, and is supposed to become one of the cheapest clamshell solutions with a ...
