      Nokia 8800 Sirocco Edition

      By Ilse Jurrien

Review summary: Nokia today unveiled its latest premium mobile phone, the Nokia 8800 Sirocco Edition. Sensual by nature, intuitively beautiful by design, the Sirocco Edition's signature feature is a thumbprint, which perfectly matches the human hand. The soundtrack ...

      Nokia 8800

      By Peter Jenkinson

Review summary: - Nokia's 8800 sells itself on its sleek lines and shiny exterior, but can the phone live up to its glamorous marketing campaign or is it a case of style over substance. We take a closer look.

      NOKIA 8800

      By Bonnie Cha

Pros: Sexy, eye-catching form factor ; Bluetooth ; sharp 262,000-color screen ; world phone ; speakerphone ; integrated camera plus video recorder ; streams music via Bluetooth ; solid call quality ; FM tuner

Cons: Cramped keypad ; inconsistent battery life ; case and screen show smudges easily ; battery case hard to remove ; expensive ; heavy

Verdict: The Nokia 8800's flawed design and short battery life mar an otherwise beautiful and feature-packed phone.
