Sony Ericsson C905 Cyber-shot Plus
Review summary: The Sony Ericsson C905 Plus mobile phone has an eight-megapixel sensor, can shoot video at 30fps, and a 2.4-inch TFT screen. Additional functions include picture-blogging capabilities and built-in GPS. It measures 104x49x18mm and weighs just 136g. ...
Pros: Ever since mankind rubbed Louis Daguerre and Alexander Graham Bell together to make the cameraphone, we've been waiting for a gadget that's genuinely good at both. With the C905, that wait is over. As a camera, it captures big, bright and bold 8MP ...
Cons: Sony Ericsson's marketing department should be kicking themselves for labelling this none-too-slender handset ‘Plus'. This 18mm-thick slice of technology isn't exactly fat but it's certainly no supermodel, thanks to a camera lens that bulges out ...
Verdict: Our pick of today's crop of 8MP cameraphones combines the best in modern digital photography with, er, the best in modern digital comms. There are certainly gimmicky features on board but the chassis of this lassie is classy.

Sony Ericsson C905 Cyber-shot
Review summary: The Sony Ericsson C905 may look a little workmanlike, but this Cyber-shot branded handset (until the Sony Ericsson Idou arrives at least) has the best camera we've seen in a mobile phone.
Pros: Accurate eight-megapixel camera takes sumptuous snaps
Cons: Battery life is average, and that 2.4-inch screen's a bit small
Verdict: Few can touch the Sony Ericsson C905 when it comes to photographic quality. One of the best camera phones around.

Sony Ericsson C905 Plus
Review summary: Software and hardware tweaks keep the C905 Plus at the front of the 8Mp camphone pack
Verdict: Sony Ericsson's brush and polish of its already impressive C905 camphone keeps it up-to-date with the competition in the 8Mp camera arena. The 8GB memory card helps, along with the welcome software additions, especially the BBC iPlayer, with Youtube, ...

Sony Ericsson C905+ review
Review summary: Sony Ericsson has upgraded its C905, now known as the C905+, to include the BBC iPlayer, a smile shutter feature and an 8GB memory card.…
Pros: Smile shutter joins an eight-megapixel arsenal including face detection, Xenon flash and image stabiliser
Cons: The YouTube videos appeared pixelated at times
Verdict: Plus certainly means more in the case of C905+ with the addition of the BBC iPlayer, Snapfish print ordering service and an 8GB memory card enhancing what was already an impressive handset.

Sony Ericsson - C905
Review summary: The C905 is one of the latest rash of mobile phones to incorporate an 8-megapixel camera. It has competition from LG in the Renoir and Samsung in both the Pixon and the i8510. Leaving the ...
Verdict: The C905 doesn't have the best 8-megapixel camera we've seen, but the camera controls are very nifty. The usual array of additional Sony Ericsson software makes this a top-notch handset in specifications terms, though its hardware design is a little ...
