Sony Ericsson K800i Cyber-shot
Review summary: Sony Ericsson's first ever Cyber-shot camphone packs an autofocus-firing 3.2 megapixel lens, alongside some neat photos mods including a Xenon flash and BestPic technology. Also on the menu is original-flavoured 3G download speeds, a bright two-inch ...
Pros: Like actress Helen Mirren, the K800i has aged well. Three years on from its launch and it still proves to be a mighty phone, even when demoted to prepay. The 3.2 megapixel snapper remains a sharp shooter at this level and delivers printable snaps. The ...
Cons: Nit-pickers will find fault with the creaky sliding lens cap and the navigation joystick could prove to queer to steer for some. You could also argue the spacious keypad may be overly spongy but really these are just minor grievances
Verdict: Even if you don't factor in its slick Cyber-shot endorsed camera performance, few budget blowers harbour a glut of cool features and deliver such an assured performance. Still a top phone after all this time.

Sony Ericsson K800i Cyber-shot
By Damian Koh and Juniper Foo
Review summary: The Sony Ericsson K800i is a competent camera and phone rolled into a sleek form factor.
Pros: Sleek design ; clear and sharp QVGA screen ; 3.2-megapixel camera ; numerous onboard camera settings ; BestPic and Picture Blogging function ; built-in Xenon flash ; good image quality ; image stabilizer
Cons: Lens cover may be prone to scratches ; poor camera settings selection interface ; sluggish phone menu load time ; no optical zoom for camera ; no bundled M2 card
Verdict: Not surprisingly, since the K800i is marketed as a Cyber-shot phone, Sony Ericsson has taken due care to ensure that it not only looks like a proper camera, but feels and handles like one, too. The shutter button is positioned along the right edge of ...

- Pros: Brilliant battery life
- Cons: Camera can be a bit fiddly to get perfect shot

The menu is very similar to all current phones on the market so adapting was very easy.
Last of all this is the only phone i've NEVER had to send back for repairs it has been very reliable no software problems or freezing etc which you seem to get alot of today wit...

- Pros: Nice camera
- Cons: Fiddly. To many buttons to press to return to menu
I brought this phone expecting it to work in my in car system. I discovered that it was not compatible with the Audi bluetooth handsfree system.
