      Pros: Great video playback; Top sound; Excellent screen; Impressive Wi Fi and web browser

      Cons: Confusing interface; No dock or plug ins

      Verdict: Silky smooth video playback and stunning sound ensures that Archos remains king of the PMP. Ultimately this is a very good product, but not quite a truly great one.

      Cons: Fewer features than the AV500

      Verdict: If you don't require TV recording (a -70 dock is needed for that), this is the state of the art. Even if you don't, it's still worth a go.
