Creative Zen Vision

Pros: good wee piece of kit ... but ...
Cons: ... customer service if something goes wrong.

I recieved my P.M.P late last Summer it was cool and everyone wanted to see the music videos, movies and listen to its music. It was all good.

In September, however, the hard drive inexplicably broke so it was sent to customer services in Dublin, they then replaced it with the wrong item, I sent it back and it has been there ever since.

!!!!THATS 4 MONTHS, YES 4!!!!

Just a tad longer than the promiced 14 day turn around. As you can imagine im geting a little disconcerted, and im begining to wander if i will ever see my CREATIVE ZEN VISION ever again! :(

For this reason i dont reconmend it, not because of the gadget itself, but because of Creative Labs in Dublin and their incompetance.
