      Review summary: SanDisk happens to be one of the largest selling MP3 player brands in the US. Is the Sansa c240 capable of making inroads in this part of the world?

      Pros: Built-in MicroSD expansion slot, FM reception & recording, Battery life, User-replaceable battery.

      Cons: Boring interface, Below average sound quality with bundled earphones, No Video Support, Proprietary USB port.

      Verdict: After rigorous usage, the SanDisk Sansa C240 appears to be very average (with the bundled earphones). It comes with an MRP of Rs.4975, but you can own it for a few hundreds less. Only if you plan to invest an extra set of quality earphones along, it ...

      Pros: The SanDisk Sansa c200 series player is an exceptional value, considering its assortment of features. It comes with a FM radio, a voice recorder, photo viewer, a built-in MicroSD slot for adding memory, and even a user-replaceable, rechargeable ...

      Cons: The menu interface is boring and screen quality subpar. Sound quality is far from impressive ; there's no video support. The player uses a proprietary USB port. And, there's no 4GB version ;

      Verdict: Thanks to its exceptional value and user-friendly features, the SanDisk Sansa c200 is an acceptable choice for youngsters and first-timers--but more sophisticated users would be better off shelling out a bit more for a better player.
