Sony what have you done

  • Pros: nice and small, looks good
  • Cons: the software, the attitude of sony, the price

I had one of these to replace another mp3 player dropped in a river, that one was 20gb. So i was amazed that this 6gb was roughly the same price As for the software (called connect), it is useless, don't take my word for it just read reviews on the web. Sony have had plenty of time to sort this out but they haven't bothered. If you can go for about £30ish extra and go for the Archos Gmini xs202, it has almost 4x the disk space and no discs/software to load or lose, and it is so easy to use
