dont ignore me sony

a good mp3 player but strange shaped earphones that keep falling out of your ears come on sony sort your selves out, i emailled sony but got no reply thanks alot,mine is 20gig ,quite heavy if you want one for exercising steer clear and buy the 6 or 8 gig its a smaller unit!
