- Pros: Stylish, good memory, OK battery life
- Cons: Accesing for the hard drive
This is good MP3 player. The software for my computer took barely any of my time (people that complain about the software get a new computer). The only thing with the software is that it does take a little longer than the creative software. The MP3 itself is a good size, the songs are good quality and its very easy to use. Unless you are a techie who is prepared to put in time and effort to get the software to work then leave this product alone.

I bought this for my wife after owning the A3000 myself and knowing that the whinges about the software are unfounded, I absolutely love it, it is a better physical size to the A3000 and the storage capacity would have been more than I needed!!!

product looks and feels great easy to use (better than IPOD ) software a nightmare
updated the software from the sony site not that easy to do. updated the firm ware for the player as well. after many attempts to load songs set the connect player to full sync it now rips and transfers at the same time easy to delete songs from the player did not work with windows media player could have been my f... Picked this thing up and fell in love. Great design, Sony brand name, great memory...and then like most love affairs it was over. Connect software simply doesn't work as it is meant to. Expect screen lockups, 15-20mins load time from double click (seriously!), can't convert existing windows media files.
