First off, can i just say that the software is better than people put it out to be. The main problems that people had with the walkman is the software that is used to sync the music to the walkman. Now i got the walkman on my fifteenth birthday, and i still managed to figure out how to install and use the software. Even my dad could use the software. Therefore, the people that had problems with the software should quit their belly-aching and read the software guide.

Secondly, the design of the walkman is really cool and everyone that has seen my walkman said that the design was good.

Finally, people have said 'its not as good as an iPod because it can't store videos.'. Well the 4GB iPod nano is more expensive than the 6GB walkman, and the my mate (who weighs about 6 stone) sat on his nano on his sofa and broke it. The 30GB iPod video is £210 not including insurance, whereas the 20GB walkman is £210 with insurance. The walkman's warranty, which is pretty pointless anyway because it doesn't break, covers my product for 3 years, but the iPod's insurance costs £50 in the same store and didn't cover as much anyway.
